Delete your account
You can permanently delete your YATTA account and all of its data at any time, directly and for free. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.
How to delete it
- Open YATTA — the mobile app, or the web app at yatta.theorangecourier.com.
- Sign in to the account you want to remove.
- Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete forever. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
No longer able to sign in? Email our support page from the address linked to your account and we'll delete it for you.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently erased:
- Your account and sign-in methods (email/password, and any linked Google, Apple or Telegram logins);
- Your pinned acts, plans, notes and priorities;
- Your ratings, timetable-correction reports, and referrals;
- Any crews you created (including their membership and invites), and your membership in other people's crews;
- Your contribution points and Premium status.
What remains
Only aggregated, anonymous information that isn't linked to you — for example counts of how many people pinned an act — which cannot be traced back to your deleted account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
