Premium & Lifetime Terms

Last updated: 11 October 2026.

These terms apply when you buy YATTA Premium — including the one-off Lifetime licence. By purchasing, you agree to them. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights you have under EU and Portuguese law.

The Season Pass

A Season Pass covers one outdoor festival season, from 1 April to 30 September. Bought during the season, it starts straight away and ends on 30 September. Bought between 1 October and 31 March, it starts on the next 1 April at 00:00 (Amsterdam time); the app says so before you buy. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew. On the website its price goes down with the days left in the season; in the App Store and Google Play it has one fixed price.

1. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the service

A Lifetime licence gives you Premium access for as long as we operate YATTA, with no recurring fee. It refers to the operational lifetime of the service — not your own lifetime — and is not a promise that the service will run for any minimum or perpetual period. It does not entitle you to the source code, to any future or replacement product, or to continuation of the service after it is discontinued.

2. A licence, not a sale

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Premium for personal, non-commercial use. It is a licence to use the service, not a sale of the software or any intellectual property. You may not resell, share, gift or transfer it. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. No source code, no continuation

The licence confers no right to the source code, keys or technical materials, and no right to host, fork or continue YATTA (or any part of it) if the service is modified, suspended or discontinued.

4. Features may change

We may add, change or remove features of YATTA and its Premium tier for legal, security, technical or commercial reasons. We will give reasonable prior notice of any material adverse change to Premium features.

5. The service may end

We may suspend or permanently discontinue YATTA or its Premium tier at any time. Where we plan a permanent shutdown, we will make reasonable efforts to give at least 60 days' notice by in-app notice and/or email. Discontinuation ends the "lifetime" of your licence as defined above and — subject to your statutory rights — does not entitle you to a refund of the Premium fee.

6. Refunds and the 14-day right (direct purchases: web / card / crypto)

Premium is a one-off purchase and, subject to the rights below, direct sales are final. As an EU/EEA consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Premium is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout you will be asked to request immediate access and to acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day withdrawal right once access begins. If you give that consent, no discretionary refund applies after access begins.

If Premium is faulty or not delivered — e.g. a payment confirms but access is not unlocked — you are entitled to have it put right: we will either extend your Premium period for free or refund you.

7. Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play

If you buy through Apple or Google, they are the seller and their terms and refund policies apply. Send refund or cancellation requests to Apple or Google, not to us.

8. Your statutory rights (these cannot be waived)

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights under EU and Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei 84/2021 / Directive (EU) 2019/770) to have non-conforming digital content or services brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or refund if Premium is defective, not as described or not fit for purpose. Any term that purports to limit these rights is void to that extent.

9. "As is", and limitation of liability

Except for the mandatory statutory guarantees owed to you as a consumer, YATTA and its Premium features are provided "as is" and "as available"; we do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific festivals, timetables or third-party data are always available or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to Premium is limited to the amount you paid, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited under EU or Portuguese law.

10. Data export on shutdown (goodwill)

If we permanently discontinue YATTA, we intend — as a goodwill measure and where technically reasonable — to let you export your saved festival plans for a limited period beforehand. This is discretionary, not a contractual guarantee, and is without prejudice to your data-protection rights.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. As a consumer you still benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence and may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Questions? Use the in-app Support form.
