Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 11 October 2026
YATTA has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is strictly prohibited anywhere in the app, and we act on every credible report.
Our standards
YATTA is a festival timetable planner for adults (18+). Its user-generated content is profiles (a username, a display name and an optional profile photo, seen by the person's crew-mates and anyone they give their profile link to) and crews (crew names and member display names shared with other members). There is no messaging between users and no public feed, and profiles are never listed or searchable. We do not permit, and we prohibit, any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits children, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of a minor.
- Content that sexualises minors, or promotes or normalises the sexual abuse of children.
- Trafficking of, or endangerment to, children.
How we prevent and respond
- Everyone agrees to our Community Guidelines before setting up a profile or creating or joining a crew.
- Usernames, crew names and display names are screened automatically, and objectionable ones are rejected.
- Every user can report a profile, a profile photo, a crew or a member, and block any member, from inside the app. Every report reaches our moderators straight away.
- We review reports of child-safety violations as a top priority. A reported photo can be taken down at once, and photo uploads switched off for the account; we remove violating content and the accounts responsible.
- We report apparent CSAM to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant national body (in the EU/Netherlands, via the national hotline / EU reporting channels).
Report a child-safety concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that endangers a child on YATTA, report it immediately:
- Use Report profile, Report photo or Report inside the app (on a profile, a crew or a member), or
- Email our child-safety contact: support@theorangecourier.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Compliance
These standards are published in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and apply to everyone who uses YATTA.
