YATTA

Community Guidelines

Last updated: 11 October 2026

YATTA has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Content that breaks these guidelines, and the accounts that post it, are removed.

Where these apply

Everything you put in YATTA that other people can see is covered by these guidelines:

You agree to follow these guidelines before you set up a profile, or create or join a crew.

What is not allowed

Usernames, crew names and display names are checked automatically before they are saved. Photos, and anything else, can be reported and are reviewed by a person.

Report and block

Every report reaches our moderators straight away. We aim to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and remove violating content and, where appropriate, the accounts responsible.

Enforcement

Breaking these guidelines can lead to the content being removed (a photo taken down, a username cleared), photo uploads being switched off for your account, loss of access to crews, and permanent removal of your account. If we remove something of yours, you can ask us why, and ask us to look at it again, through Settings → Contact support. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Contact

To report objectionable content or an abusive user, use the Report action inside the app, contact us through Settings → Contact support, or email support@theorangecourier.com. We respond to every report. For anything involving the safety of a minor, see our Child Safety Standards.
