YATTA

Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply whenever you use YATTA: the website at yatta.theorangecourier.com and the iPhone, iPad and Android apps. By using YATTA you agree to them. If you buy Premium, the Premium & Lifetime Terms apply as well. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer under EU and Portuguese law.

1. What YATTA is

YATTA is a free festival timetable planner. Set times come from the festivals' official sources and from corrections people send us. Festivals change their plans, sometimes on the day, so always check the festival's own screens and app before you rely on a time. YATTA is independent: it is not run by, or affiliated with, any festival or organiser, and festival names and logos belong to their owners.

2. Who can use it

YATTA is made for festival-goers aged 18 and over. Most of it works without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details to yourself, use one account per person, and give us an email address you can read. You can delete your account at any time; here is how.

3. Your content

Your content is what you put into YATTA: your profile (username, display name and photo), crews and crew names, plans you share, notes, ratings and timetable corrections.

4. Things you must not do

5. Reports, removals and appeals

Anyone, with or without an account, can tell us about content they believe is illegal or breaks the Community Guidelines. In the app, use Report profile, Report photo or Report on a crew member or crew. Or email support@theorangecourier.com with a link to the content and what is wrong with it. Every report reaches us straight away, and we aim to review it within 24 hours.

When content breaks these terms or the guidelines, we may take the photo down, clear the username or reset the display name, switch off photo uploads for the account, or suspend or delete the account. We may report illegal content to the authorities. If we act on something of yours, you can ask us why and ask us to look at it again through Settings → Contact support or by email; a person will review it and answer you.

6. Premium

Premium removes ads and unlocks extra features. Purchases follow the Premium & Lifetime Terms, and purchases made through the App Store or Google Play also follow Apple's or Google's terms. A Season Pass covers one outdoor festival season, from 1 April to 30 September; a pass bought outside the season starts on the next 1 April, as the app says before you buy.

7. Other people's content and services

8. Changes, and the service itself

YATTA is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and its timetables right, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; when a change matters, we will say so in the app and change the date above. If we ever plan to close YATTA, the Premium & Lifetime Terms set out the notice we give.

9. Responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, for example a set you missed because a festival changed its timetable. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury, fraud or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending

You can stop using YATTA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the Community Guidelines.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Questions? Use Settings → Contact support in the app, or email support@theorangecourier.com.
